Services

Coherence Group ("Coherence", "we", "us") offers fractional executive-level expertise across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Strategy. Each engagement is scoped in a written order that names the deliverables, hours per week, and start date.

Our subscription tiers are:

• Advisory — monthly executive office-hours and async guidance, from $1,500 / month.
• Core — fractional executive embedded in a single function, from $3,500 / month.
• Essential — fractional executive with broader team coverage, from $9,500 / month.
• Embedded Partner — senior embedded partner operating across multiple functions, from $15,500 / month.
• Managed Execution bundle — combines the subscription with a hands-on delivery team; pricing is scoped in the order.
• Clarity Lab — a one-time, single-session strategic engagement priced at $1,799.

No-guarantee language

Coaching and advisory engagements are consultative. We do not guarantee revenue growth, hiring outcomes, operational KPIs, or any other specific business result. The quality of the work depends on factors outside our control, including client execution, market conditions, and the accuracy of information you provide.

The Clarity Lab is a single working session. Its deliverables are scoped at the time of booking. We do not promise follow-on implementation, ongoing advisory, or any specific outcome beyond the written deliverable.

Client responsibilities

To get the most out of an engagement, you agree to:

• Engage in good faith — show up to scheduled working sessions, respond to reasonable async requests, and provide the access your provider needs (data, stakeholders, internal systems) to do the work.
• Pay invoices on the schedule set out in your engagement order. Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe.
• Provide accurate information about your business situation. Our recommendations rely on what you tell us.
• Designate a primary contact who is authorized to make decisions on behalf of your business during the engagement.

Provider responsibilities

Each Coherence provider listed in our roster carries a published weekly availability. Active engagements draw from that availability — if a provider's capacity changes, we will discuss pause or replacement options with you before any service disruption. Engagements proceed through four operational states: onboarding (set-up), active (work in progress), paused (temporarily held by mutual agreement), and completed (deliverables accepted).

Payment & refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance by Stripe on the schedule you selected at checkout (monthly or annual). You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your access continues through that period.

The Clarity Lab is non-refundable once 14 days remain before your scheduled session. Earlier cancellations are refunded in full minus any non-recoverable third-party processing fees (typically under 3%). Rescheduling within 14 days of the session is treated as a late booking and may forfeit the refund.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other party's confidential information — including business plans, customer lists, financial data, and any non-public strategic material shared in the course of an engagement — confidential, and will use it only to perform the engagement. These obligations survive termination of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to an engagement is capped at the fees paid by you to Coherence for that engagement during the ninety (90) days immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Termination & contact

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time on written notice, subject to the cancellation terms above. Any disputes will first be raised in good faith via email to hello@coherence.work so we have a chance to resolve them directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with the governing law specified in your engagement order.
