A Cross-Pillar Starting Point

Before you commit to a pillar,
spend three hours getting
clear on what actually matters.

One session with a senior fractional advisor, not a junior consultant, not a sales rep. Three hours, your whole team in the room. Walk out with concrete next steps, a written summary, and team-wide alignment. No commitment, and no assumption about which pillar you'll engage with next.

The situation

We know what it looks like from the inside.

Staying stuck costs you

  • Every week without a clear direction is a week of wasted effort. Your team feels it. Your investors feel it. You feel it.
  • Decisions get deferred. The problem gets bigger. The cost compounds.
  • You're heads-down executing, but on what? You're not sure. Nobody's sure.
  • The team is picking up slack because strategy isn't clear. That's invisible drag. It doesn't show up in your metrics until it's too late.

What Clarity Lab delivers

  • A 3–5 item priority list with owners, timelines, and success criteria. Not theory, things you act on Monday.
  • A written summary built for your business, not a generic framework from a podcast.
  • Honest feedback on your approach: what will work, what won't, and why.
  • A clear decision framework so the next hard call doesn't need another three-hour meeting.

What happens in the session

Three parts. No fluff.

Every Clarity Lab follows the same structure, because structure is what separates a useful session from a conversation that felt productive but changed nothing.

01

Current State Assessment

Before the session, we review whatever you've prepared: metrics, org charts, strategy docs. If you've got nothing, we start from scratch. Either way, we spend zero minutes on introductions. We go straight to your situation.

02

Strategy Deep-Dive

For 90 minutes, the room works through your business's actual constraints: what's working, what's not, what's in the way. We pressure-test assumptions and identify the 1–3 moves that would move the needle most.

03

Written Summary + Live Output

You leave with a written document: prioritized next steps, decision criteria, and honest notes on your approach. Not a recording recap, an actual deliverable you can hand to your leadership team.

Session Format

3 hours. Remote. Bring the whole team.

Video call. Screen sharing. We use Google Meet or Zoom, whatever's easiest for your team. Recording available on request at no extra charge. Bring your whole team, pricing is the same whether it's one person or ten.

3 hours total
0–30 min

Context + Current State

Where you are. What you've tried. What the constraints are. The full team gets on the same page about the starting point before we start solving.

30–90 min

Strategy Deep-Dive

Challenges, opportunities, and the trade-offs you're weighing. We pressure-test the team's thinking and force the decisions you've been avoiding.

90–150 min

Prioritization + Decision Framework

We identify the 1–3 moves that actually matter, cutting everything else. The team leaves aligned on exactly what to do next and why.

150–180 min

Written Summary + Q&A

We write it down. Action steps, owners, timelines, success criteria. Everyone gets a document they can actually use, not notes they'll interpret later.

What you walk away with

A written plan, not a vague takeaway.

Most advisors give you a recording and a "nice to have met you" email. Clarity Lab gives you an actual document you can act on.

Before the session, we send a short intake form; it takes 5 minutes. You share whatever you have: current metrics, your biggest problem, your last board deck. If you have nothing, show up empty-handed. We'll make it work either way.

After the session, you receive the written analysis and action plan. No obligation to continue working with us. If the session was enough, great. If you want to keep going, the door is open.

What you receive after the session

Who this is for

Not every founder needs the same thing. Clarity Lab is for the ones who need one specific thing: clarity.

🌱

Early-stage founders

You're building something new and you don't know what you don't know. A few hours with a fractional expert can save months of wrong turns. Not because we have better answers, because we've seen this before.

📈

Companies hitting a ceiling

You've grown past $1M–$5M ARR but something's blocking the next level. You're executing hard, but direction is fuzzy. We diagnose what's actually in the way, and tell you what to do about it.

Leaders in transition

New role. New team. New market. Before you make the big calls, stress-test your assumptions with someone who's been on your side of the table. We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

🚫

NOT this: if you just want a consultant to tell you what you already believe.

Clarity Lab works hard to give you an honest read. If you need validation rather than perspective, this isn't it. But if you're ready for feedback that actually moves you forward, you're in the right place.

Questions

Before you hand over your card.

After payment, you'll be redirected to schedule your 3-hour session. We offer slots Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET. Your whole team can join. We'll send a short intake form; it takes 5 minutes to fill out.
Yes. The 3-hour format is designed for the full leadership group — chief execs, founders, function heads. Bring one person or ten; pricing is the same. The session is a working discussion rather than a presentation, so the more relevant perspectives in the room, the better the outcome.
Clarity Lab is a one-time, 3-hour session. It does not presuppose any subscription, retainer, or pillar — Build Your Team, Build Your Capabilities, or Build Your Gameplan. It's a working session that produces concrete next steps. If those next steps lead to ongoing work, great; if not, the session still delivered standalone value.
No. Clarity Lab is a working session. We spend the full three hours on your situation. There's no pitch, no upsell, no "let me connect you with our team." If you want to keep working with us afterward, the door is open. If you don't, the session still delivered value. That's the model.
A senior fractional advisor, someone who's held operational leadership roles and worked with businesses at your stage. Not a junior consultant. Not a sales rep. Someone who can go deep on your situation because they've seen it before. You'll get their background as part of the intake process.
Reschedule a 3-hour session with at least 7 days notice and we'll move it at no charge. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled time cannot be refunded — we hold a long block on the advisor's calendar and ask that you respect that window.
If the session leads to ongoing work, we'll talk about it. We can scope an ongoing engagement tailored to your situation, or continue on a per-session basis. No pressure, no lock-in. Our goal is to help you move forward, whatever path that takes.
If you show up, do the work, and feel like you got nothing, tell us. We'll refund you. No questions, no arguing. We mean it when we say no commitment. This only works if you actually show up ready to think hard about your business.
