Self-Paced Core Curriculum

Foundations of Leadership Identity (Weeks 1–3)

Personal leadership assessment, strengths-and-gaps diagnosis, and the foundational work of building a clear leadership operating system. You'll define your decision-making principles, communication defaults, and accountability structures — and understand how they're showing up (or not) with your team.

Team Performance & Execution (Weeks 4–6)

Delegation frameworks, feedback systems, performance conversations, and the structural habits that separate teams that execute from teams that talk about executing. You'll apply each concept directly to your current team and document the results.

Strategic Influence & Communication (Weeks 7–8)

Cross-functional influence, executive communication, and the organizational visibility that positions leaders for the next level. How to get things done through people who don't report to you — and how to communicate in a way that builds credibility rather than consuming it.

Integration & Personal Leadership Plan (Week 9)

Capstone synthesis: a documented Personal Leadership Plan with a 90-day action roadmap, a before/after self-assessment, and a clear picture of where you're heading and what you're committing to. The program ends with a plan, not just awareness.
